I booked a queen room with a safe, television, and a microwave, the breakfast was warm and great, and the location was perfect.

The breakfast was good hot and great and there were lots of options.

Well, no lobby.

The room I booked was immaculate and huge with front desk at check out with getting receipt, previous, both cards as maid. The employees were courteous and pleasant. The location was great - a short walk to everywhere I wanted to go.

The room was amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was great. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location was marvelous and unbeatable. Pleasant staff throughout. Room was not clean, woke up to spider in tub, tub was patched with white something and still had a crack in it, and bathroom had black mold in corner. Overall repairs would help, and odor in rooms.

Room was in hallway with construction. Awoke to loud noise of workers. Sink was dirty. Curtains poorly held together with a chip clip!

Lady at the desk was friendly but didn’t realize she had put me in the hallway where construction occurred. Breakfast food was terrible

Desk did not know I was IHG member. I feel that I should get bonus points.

Rude staff member by the name of Jacob, put a damper on our thanksgiving trip. We stay there every year but the last three years the staff has had at least one member who seems to want to ruin our trip. Time to find a new place to stay.

I enjoyed my free drink at the bar. Also the free breakfast was amazing!

Wifi kicked in and out a lot.

Convenient Location! 📍 This place is situated in a great spot, making it super easy to get around. It's close to cool places like the restaurant, lounge, and common areas. So you won't have to go far to have a good time here.

We had a leak from our window onto the air conditioner. Housekeeping and Maintenance responded quickly and solved the problem. Also staffing accommodated our special request of room buffers from other guests.

Staff confused how long breakfast served. Also fought with front desk at check out with getting receipt and how room was paid. Booked on Booked.net and could pay at desk. Staff at hotel said it wasn't possible and we could be double billed.

Convenient location! The staff here are top-notch. It's only half a mile from the airport, which is super handy. The food was delicious, especially the hot breakfast in the morning - it was a real winner! 🍳

I really liked the comfort of the room. I was able to get really great wifi with no dropping of the signal. Breakfast was included and it was very well done, you had a choice of a nice buffet or french toast or eggs. very well rounded

I didnt like how confusing it was to get to the restaurant from my room. i also think 300 a night is a bit much for the king room. Ive stayed in higher end motels for that price with things like whirlpool baths and such.

The staff at this hotel are wonderful - friendly, helpful and cheery. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. My kids love the pool, and we love that we can sit with other parents and talk while watching them from the atrium area. The restaurant is great and reasonably priced. The hotel is easy to get to and a great value for the money. We always try to stay here when we are in Fond du Lac.
